We are excited to inform you that the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Science (CMNHS) students have begun to use Banner (FNU's new Student Management System) for application and registering into courses.
From 4th January 2022, all students from the College of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry (CAFF), the College of Business, Hospitality & Tourism Studies (CBHTS), the College of Engineering, Science & Technology (CEST), the College of Humanities & Education (CHE) and Fiji Maritime Academy (FMA) will be using Banner. We encourage all continuing students to register by 15th February 2022.
The Office of the Registrar with the Division of ITS will be running Banner training sessions on the following:
- Login,
- Self Service Navigation & viewing grades,
- Check your programme structures,
- Registration & Registration restrictions,
- Timetable,
- Resolving:
- Financial holds,
- Other holds,
- Pre-requisite not met,
- Unclassified Studies & Studied in pre-2018 programmes,
- Cross-credit related issues.
Continuing student training for Banner Student Self-Service
- First round of Login by students training session: 29th November 2021 – 22nd December 2021 from 2:30 – 3:30pm.
- Christmas and New Year Break: 23rd December 2021 to 2nd January, 2022.
- Second round of Login by students training session: 3rd January 2022 - 15th February 2022 from 2:30 – 3:30pm or 5.00 – 6.00pm.
- Students can join via zoom https://fijinationaluniversity.zoom.us/j/7020048620 & Meeting ID: 7020048620 on the above dates and times.
All students are also advised that the current Premium system will cease processing of students who are already registered into standard courses from 31st January 2022. While we are adapting to the new mode of study online, we would also like you to have a good student experience for your course registrations and all other student services through Banner.
