Dear CMNHS Students & Staff,

We hope you are keeping safe and sound during this Covid-19 pandemic.

We are excited to announce the introduction of Banner, a new Student Management System, coming soon to the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Science (CMNHS).

Banner will allow students to register into new courses, view their academic progress and administrative details such as course and programme enrolments, and fees. Staff will be able to view their employee information and administrative details.

StudentSoft will cease processing of students who are already registered into standard courses (not annualised) from 16 July, 2021. Enrolment for courses prior to 19 July, 2021 can be manually processed and will later be reflected in Banner.

For CMNHS Students:

  • Your data has been migrated from StudentSoft to Banner, and your student ID will change.
  • Access details to Banner along with your new student ID and password will be emailed to you.
  • For further information, a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page is available here https://www.fnu.ac.fj/banner-faqs/  
  • Student training sessions have been organised from Monday to Friday, 5 - 17 July, 2021.
  • Students can join either of the two (2) sessions from 2.30 - 3.30pm or 5 - 6pm on the following Zoom link https://fijinationaluniversity.zoom.us/j/7020048620 

For CMNHS Staff:

  • Your access details to Banner, user guides and training will be provided by the UIMS Project Team, who will be in touch.
  • Banner training is mandatory before access to Banner is provided.
