WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
- FNU Student Financial Aid Program provides part-time employment while the student is enrolled in the University in undergraduate and post graduate programme to help pay his or her tuition fees.
- Entry is open to all privately enrolled undergraduate and post graduate students at FNU who have paid the mandatory enrolment fees and enrolled in programmes (Bachelors and Post Graduate) with a full load (60 credit points).
To be considered, the applicant must have applied to Student Financial Aid program and met the following conditions:
- Be a Fiji Citizen.
- Be privately funded.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
- Applicant should not have any disciplinary cases.
- Combined household income of less than $30,000.
Remuneration
- $3.75 per hour.
- 6% FNPF to be deducted.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Students will not be scheduled to work during class time
- Students will work 20 hours a week only with maximum of 14 weeks per Semester only at their principal place of study.
- Eligibility from one year to the next is not guaranteed.
- The students will not receive any cash on hand instead the pay will compensate the fees owed to the University.
- The students’ contract will cease as soon as the agreed terms and conditions are met.
