This Course is designed to provide students an insight into the ‘real world’ of hotel operations. Students' capacity to think will be developed through the analysis of the hotel industry and the subsequent development of tactics relevant to today’s dynamic hotel operation. This course aims to provide students with an insight into the practical aspects of hotel operations as well as the development of tactics relevant for implementation in today’s dynamic hotel operations.
