This unit is designed to provide Food and Beverage students the basic knowledge of wine, alcoholic, cocktails and non – alcoholic beverages. It also provides an opportunity for the students to study and apply the correct serving techniques as well as it provides an excellent overview of the service and storage of wine and other alcohol in different working environment.
