The purpose of this course is to provide students with the understanding on the basic structures and functions of workplace relation systems within the region, in particular the socio – political, cultural and economic factors that have a bearing on the regulatory environment and employment relations procedures and practices. Furthermore, the course provide a basic overview of Human Resource Management terms and key concepts and theories.
