This course deals with important pathogenic bacteria, fungi and viruses & prions in relation to their morphology, isolation, growth, replication, colonial, biochemical and antigenic characters along with pathogenicity and their laboratory diagnosis. It also deals with exotic and emerging & reemerging animal and poultry viruses globally and in Fiji.
