| 1.1 Evaluate Fiji’s constitutional history. | |||
| 1.2 Crtically Analyse electoral arrangements and post-independence politics in Fiji. | |||
| 1.3 Evaluate the roles of the Great Council of Chiefs, judiciary and military. | |||
| 1.4 Analyse the role of foreign governments and international agencies in returning Fiji to democracy. | |||
| 1.5 Examine the prospects of a newly elected government |
