  • Observe annual exams and schedule pap smears...

The FNU Uniclinic holds yearly Pap Smear Screenings for students and staff. Female students are encouraged to take advantage of screening when they are held. Screening dates for 2021 will be placed on FNUPR once dates are confirmed.

  • Seek doctor’s medical advice for any female health concerns you may have...

  • Get the HPV vaccination...

All females aged 9 to 45 years of age can get the HPV vaccine to protect against genital warts and/or different types of HPV that can cause cancer. It’s recommended that children get the vaccine at age 11 or 12, so they’re fully protected in the years before they become sexually active. Vaccines are given free at all Health Centers that have Maternal Child Health Clinics.

  • Quit smoking, Eat well, and manage stress…
