Hygiene is one of the most important aspects in the Hospitality Industry. This unit aims to offer the best foodservice sanitation training to students. It uses a variety of teaching methods and exercises to facilitate learning. Awareness will be also be created on the importance of correct hygiene and sanitation procedures in hospitality industry , as well as it will provide opportunities for the students to display the professional obligation of the students to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment to the customer and guest.
