This Course is designed to provide students an insight into how to manage the different Hotel Facilities within the hospitality industry and critique the different types of Hotels and their facilities and its classification system. This course also improves students' capacity to think and correlate between Operational and Facility management activities. This course will help students to design necessary facilities that may be required for each of the categories in the hospitality industry. This course aims to provide students with an insight into the practical aspects to Plan Water, Wastewater system, Electrical, HVAC And Lighting System in the guestroom, public area and food and beverage outlets in the hospitality sector of the industry.
