This Course is designed to provide students an insight into sales orientation of Marketing. Being into service industry and hospitality sector sales become an integral part of core functioning either it is 100% target in Room Division or profit maximization in Food Sector. this course will upgrade Students' capacity to think and evaluate the Potential Buyers and Customers and its characteristics in the Hospitality and Travel Industry. This course evaluates the popular strategies DIPADA and its factors that influence customers’ perception of face to face selling in hospitality and travel services, relevant to today’s dynamic hospitality operations. This course aims to provide students with an insight into the Telephone selling, Direct Mail strategy as well as to research and plan Advertisement for Hospitality and Tourism business, its layout, checklist and visuals.
