1.1 Course Description
The purpose of this unit is to provide students with a clear and logical presentation of the basic foundation concept in physics required by those who intend to continue studying physics or related area of study at tertiary level. This unit is broadening the knowledge of electrical physics and wave mechanics. In the delivery of this unit, emphasis will also be given on the conduct of practical experiment, demonstration of safe/accurate use of apparatus and electrical meters, demonstrating skills in using scientific methods of solving problems, understanding of common physics principles and their applications to everyday situation and technology.
