The purpose of this programme is to provide knowledge to participants on the four (4) Regulations not covered in OHS Modules 1 & 2, which are:
- Health and Safety at Work (Administration) Regulations 1997
- Health and Safety at Work (General Workplace Conditions) Regulations 2003
- Health and Safety at Work (Diving) Regulations 2006
- Health and Safety at Work (Control of Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2006
In addition to the four Regulations, this course also provides an overview of other legislative instruments mentioned in the principal Act such as Codes of Practice and International Standards.
